Hvammstangi Cottages & Hostel

North Iceland

A cluster of nine cookie-cutter cottages found by the campground. Each is petite but fully self-contained with bathroom, kitchenette and TV, and can sleep up to four (three beds, plus sofa bed) – although that would be snug. Their brand-new hostel is on the waterfront road (Norðurbraut 22a/Rte 711) and is a good deal with sleek rooms with shared baths and kitchen.
