Einarshúsið

The Westfjords

Einarshúsið is a turn-of-the-century heritage home near the harbour, and the best place to eat and sleep rolled into one.The eight lovely rooms are decorated in the house's original style, but boast modern bathrooms (avoid the basement room). The restaurant (open 10am to 8pm; mains 1900kr to 3900kr) serves breakfasts, burgers, soup, etc and an excellent fish of the day.
