The name says it all: we're talking about lodgings above a cellar bar. It's a colourful three-bedroom apartment with a compact double and two larger rooms with bunk beds and convertible sofas; rooms can be rented separately. The beer in question is cheap, as is the bar food, available until the wee hours. Great for groups. Helpful owner.
