Tito Aguacate

Tegucigalpa

This legendary dive bar is a scruffy haunt for hard drinkers and the odd hipster. It's been around since 1945, but women were only recently admitted (none were there when we passed). A tapa is served with every drink. Try the famous hangover 'cure' calambre (gin, apple wine, sugar and lime). The sign says 'New Bar' but everyone calls it Tito's.
