Habitation Jouissant

Haiti

Cap-Haïtien has gone fancy with Habitation Jouissant, the city's first hotel to partner with an international chain – Marriott – with grand plans for a tower that will bring the boutique property's room count to 100. Construction seems to have stalled on the tower, although the lobby, restaurant and pool remain in tip top shape. The views are worth the trip up the hill.
