Hotel Villa Aquazul

El Petén

This modern hotel has all the comforts a family traveling through might want: wi-fi, a restaurant and spare but clean tile-floor rooms. The pool even has a waterslide for the kiddos. The only downside is it's on the outskirts of town – a five-minute tuk-tuk or taxi ride, but still walkable for those who don't mind the extra exercise.
