Family-run No Name is actually perfectly paced, and the owners are brothers Nikos and Sotiris. Some of Skiathos' most delicious gyros (meat slithers cooked on a vertical rotisserie; usually eaten with pitta bread), souvlakia (cubes of meat on skewers) and pitta sandwiches.
