This gorgeous hotel may not be on the beach, but sits instead in its own patch of peaceful olive-groved paradise. Recently renovated fresh white rooms pop with colour accents. Delightful English-speaking Sofia serves up amazing breakfasts in the lovely garden sunroom. It's a 2km walk from Potali Bay, and 2.5km from Lefkos Beach, and has a handy taverna 20m up the road.
It's also near interesting ruins of a Roman cistern (as Sofia says, 'sure, it ain't the Parthenon, but very interesting all the same!'). Prices are significantly less outside of high season.
