The avant-garde decor at Brillant, the fashionable culinary outpost at Lato Boutique Hotel, may almost distract you from the creatively composed, feistily flavoured Cretan cuisine. The menu changes seasonally, and from May to October it's also served on the Herbs’ Garden rooftop, for alfresco dining with harbour views.
While the apostrophe in the name might be redundant, the cuisine and flavours are definitely not – there's the likes of pork loin filled with plum cream and manouri cheese.
