Lato Hotel

Agios Nikolaos

On the busy road to Elounda, about 1.5km north of the city centre, this hotel is popular for its cleanliness, hot and homemade buffet breakfast, good-size pool and personable staff. Rooms are cosy, with fridge and spotless en suite. The upper ones have a sea view, but those at the back are quieter. The nearest beach is about 300m away.

The same management runs the charming Karavostassi Apartments on an isolated cove about 8km east from the Lato.
