Melissinos Art

Athens

Pantelis Melissinos continues the sandalmaking tradition started by his grandfather in 1920 and made famous by his poet/cobbler father Stavros, who built his reputation crafting Classical-inspired shoe designs for Hollywood stars and VIPs. The shop can get a bit crowded, as people come for charming Pantelis himself. Prices are reasonable – especially as the shoes are adjusted to your feet.
