Hoocut

Athens

The five Athenian chefs behind this upmarket snack joint have focused on the quality of the ingredients to create ‘haute cuisine’ souvlaki with a choice of meats beyond pork and chicken. The portions are a little smaller and the prices slightly higher than your run-of-the-mill gyros, but with the meat grilled to perfection it's totally worth it.
