An American-owned oasis of unpretentious comfort and good service, Betsy’s has a panoramic location on the slopes of Mt Mtatsminda, and is the hotel of choice for generations of Tbilisi visitors for whom international chains are anathema. The rooms are bright, with attractive Georgian carpets, appealing art choices and, of course, superb views over the city from most of them.
The bar (especially its Friday happy hour from 6pm to last customer) and restaurant are both highly recommended, and there's also a small outdoor pool.
