If you feel like you've earned a post-hike dinner, you're in luck: Cucuron has its own Michelin-starred bistro, La Petite Maison de Cucuron, where chef Eric Sapet creates sumptuous things from produce sourced from local farms. It's very upmarket (high heels rather than hiking boots), and reservations are essential. Cooking classes (in French, €80) are held every Saturday morning.
