Le Chaudron

Chamonix

Making stylish use of a 100-year-old mule stable (the faux cowhide recalling its rustic origins), the Cauldron offers Savoyard cuisine with a twist, in a cosy setting. There's fondue (of course), while dishes like scallops in Champagne sauce, lobster ravioli and barbecued entrecôte (premium beef steak) are refined without ever feeling fussy.
