Le Denti

Annecy

A few blocks south of the old town, this unassuming restaurant follows the seasons, drawing inspiration from local market produce. The menu's carefully assembled (if light on choice), and excels at seafood, like pollack on confit of sweet peppers or Mediterranean denti (after which the restaurant is named). Non-pescatarians also dine well on rotating specials (mustard-lashed pork cheek when we last visited).
