This former banana-ripening warehouse on Île de Nantes is home today to a line-up of trendy restaurants, bars and clubs, each hipper than the next. Pavement terraces lounge by the water's edge and are particularly atmospheric after dark when Daniel Buren's riverside rings glow a rainbow of bright colours.
