Hôtel de Silhouette

Come here if you want to splash out. It's just steps from the covered market, but is surprisingly secluded thanks to being set back from the street. It's full of fun, from the weird faces on the wallpaper to the odd bear and sheep sculptures, and there's a gorgeous garden. The building dates from 1610, but it's metropolitan modern in style.
