Wonderfully old-school, with a winding timber staircase (no lift/elevator) and charming staff, this 10-room hotel just a block from the Seine is good value. Breakfast (€10) comes with freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms 47 and the spacious 501 have romantic views of Notre Dame. Some rooms have not been renovated for some time.
