Run by brothers Gaël and Mickaël Tourteau, this small restaurant has big culinary ambitions (and a second Michelin star as of 2018). In a Zen dining room with bold fabrics and wooden platters artfully arranged on the walls, it’s a haute-cuisine temple, with dishes dressed in foams, creams, reductions and snows, and presented with the precision of museum exhibits.
For the full-blown gastronomic experience, go for the seven-course tasting menu (€145).
