The focus at this classy wine shop–bar is organic wines – a few are sold by the glass, but the best selection is available by the bottle, served with homemade tapenades and charcuterie platters. The name means ‘the Angel’s Share', referring to the alcohol that evaporates as wines age. There are only a few tables, so arrive early or reserve ahead.
