Kamu!

Turku & Finland's South Coast

Beginning life as a pop-up restaurant at the Hamina Tattoo, Kamu! now occupies atmospheric digs in the Hamina Bastioni. The menu offers Finnish favourites with fortified flair, such as 'Löwen’s flamed salmon' (smoked salmon; named after the general who started construction of the fortress) and 'gunpowder-cellar potshot steak' (beef tenderloin in horseradish-brandy sauce).
