This intimate, adult-only resort has only 11 suites in two blocks. The resort was built in the faux-Spanish colonial style popular a few years back and has a certain casa del Fiji charm about it. Each suite has a spacious bathroom and private courtyard. The pool meanders through tropical gardens, with plenty of poolside shade for those wishing to snooze.
When all that R&R gets too much, grab a boogie board and cross the road to the beach. The restaurant/bar (mains $28 to $50, lunches $14 to $25) offers tasty food with small, no-frills servings, is open to nonguests and is a popular stop for day trippers. The resort is bang next door to the InterContinental and is perfectly located for strolling over for a sunset cocktail or special dinner.
