A judicious hand in the kitchen respectfully reinterprets the cuisines of China, India and Southeast Asia, scattering European staples such as schnitzel and cod cakes amongst the shimeji mushrooms, red-curry pastes and kimchi to make sure everyone's happy. A super-friendly operation making great use of a corner-side weatherboard in an up-and-coming area south of Telliskivi, it's really producing the goods.
