Don't be put off by the tacky lobby, this place gets better upstairs, and there's a lift. The rooms are very comfortable and have tiny balconies, a fridge and good bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Be choosy about which room you take: some look out directly onto the Pizza Place terrace next door, and could be noisy.
In addition to the rooms, there are also pleasant, spacious apartments that have a mini kitchen with hotplate and fridge, and large, well-appointed bathrooms (single/double CFA75,000/90,000).
