Daylesford Organic

The Cotswolds

A country-chic temple to the Cotswolds' organic movement, 4 miles east of Stow, the sprawling Daylesford operation was kickstarted 40 years ago when a family farm turned sustainable. Centering on a gleaming food hall, crammed with Daylesford-brand produce, it also holds an excellent cafe-restaurant serving organic-fueled treats (£13 to £19), plus an upmarket boutique, rental cottages, and luxury spa.
