This modern, well-kept guesthouse is ideal if you're arriving in Plymouth by train – it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. Rooms are quite simple, but all decorated in contemporary style (no frills or flock in sight). The downsides: it's on a busy road, and in a studenty area, so night-time noise can be problematic.
