Refuge by Volta

Manchester's snazziest dining room occupies one half of The Refuge, one of the city's best bars. The menu is made up of voltini, sharing plates with global influences from the Middle East to Korea (think lamb schwarma and kimchi), inspired by the travels of restaurateurs and DJs Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford (aka the Unabombers). Superb.
