Cow Hollow

Set in a stick-thin 19th-century weavers’ mill, Cow Hollow offers a lot of charm in a compact space. Sixteen snug rooms are graced with original beams, brick walls and flashy bathrooms; some have original machinery incorporated into the decor. Little luxury touches include Hypnos beds, goose-down duvets, and free Prosecco and tapas each evening. Reception is in the ground-floor bar.
