Steven Smith's multi-award-winning restaurant in the lovely village of Wiswell serves a proper feast of the best of New British cuisine. The room is classic English pub, with plain wooden tables and a roaring fire, in contrast to the sophisticated menu. We recommend the suckling pig, slow cooked and served with black pudding, baked sweet potato and fermented-rhubarb sauce.
