A double-height space with mezzanine seating is the stage for creations by MasterChef: The Professionals finalist David Coulson, who subsequently worked for two-Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr. Coulson's refined Modern British flavours include black pudding–stuffed guinea fowl with pear cider–braised red cabbage. Many ingredients are foraged in the Jesmond Dene woodland or grown by Coulson in his garden.
