This very pastel and under-utilized strip mall designed like a Caribbean village houses a small medical clinic, the Caribe Tours office, a good pharmacy, Samaná's tourist information point, a couple of small gift shops and probably the most tourist-friendly discotheque, Naomi Club. Despite its muted Disneyland-esque design, it's actually the prettiest thing in Samaná proper besides the bay itself.
