Located above a nice international-Chinese restaurant (mains RD$180 to RD$900) on top of a hill, Hotel Blue View has rooms with balconies offering fantastic views of town and the waterfront. The rooms are shiny and clean, with cable TV, air-con and minibars, though the aging bathtubs aren't all that inviting.
The restaurant is more popular for outstanding views than authentic cuisine, though it does have a long list of internationalized Chinese fare.
