Steakhouse Tex Mex

Las Galeras

This American West–themed grill is a bit of a curious choice, even for the culinarily omnivorous. But it's a welcome change of pace from the more standard menus in town, serving burritos quesadillas, BBQ baby back ribs, and burgers – including a vegetarian one made of goat cheese, mushrooms, red peppers and eggplant.

The palapa roof, soft music, a couple of swinging hammocks and a loungey couch corner create a relaxed vibe.

The French chef-owner also runs El Langostino de Oro.
