'Poz' is really Troy from Toronto, a dreamer whose magical restaurant and bar has quickly evolved into a community hangout for expats, visitors and villagers. From bacon-wrapped plantain to oxtail stew, and lobster in garlic butter to curried goat, the tastes are superb and totally authentic. The poolside dining area built entirely from local wood is a cozy delight.
