Adamsens Fisk

Zealand

Behind a series of shaded outdoor picnic tables by the harbour, Adamsens combines three sections. The fiskbutik (fish shop) sells fresh fish plus ready-to-eat fried fillets, fishcakes and seafood salads. Queue at the window next door for fuller garnished lunch plates. Or walk around the corner to the 'deli' (April to September only) for overloaded savoury crepes.

These are served on disposable but fully 'organic' palm-leaf plates. In midsummer and on weekends, the deli also offers sushi and sashimi.
