Uformel

Copenhagen

The edgy younger brother of Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B, Uformel (Informal) offers a casual take on New Nordic cuisine. Expect an ever-changing menu of local, seasonal ingredients transformed into impressive dishes. Diners can choose several small plates to create their own tasting menu, or opt for the set menus, which includes a four-course option with matching wines (800kr).

Though billed as informal, the dining room is undisputedly sleek; so dress up. The kitchen closes at 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday.
