Some of the city's most famous chefs join the queue at Gasoline, a petrol station-turned-burger takeaway. The menu is refreshingly straightforward: four burgers (one vegetarian), fries with a choice of toppings and homemade dips, and two desserts. The meat is organic and freshly ground daily, the buns brioche, and the flavour rich and decadent without the post-feed grease and guilt.
The place closes when the burgers run out; usually around 6pm. (Go at lunch to avoid disappointment.)
