This restaurant, part of a hotel complex, is arguably Lednice’s best for Czech food (out of a meagre bunch). You’ll find nicely done local specialities, including a couple of fish entrées, such as trout and pike-perch. Many menu items are given a special twist, such as the baked lamb with a hint of rosemary, served with leaf spinach. Book on weekends.
