La Fresca occupies a beautifully restored 16th-century burgher's house, retaining some of the original interior elements such as wood floors, high ceilings and exposed brick in some rooms. The apartments feature furnishings that recall 19th-century Biedermeier and art-nouveau styles. The in-house restaurant is very good. Book well in advance in summer.
