Shiantris

Soul food at its best, Shiantris serves traditional dishes just like a Cypriot mama makes. It's named after its ebullient owner, who cooks up a fantastic array of seasonal beans with lemon, parsley and olive oil, as well as other simple classics, including stuffed vine leaves and afelia (pork cooked in red wine). The menu changes daily according to what's fresh and in season.
