It may not look like much from the front but this family-run guesthouse is one of the best value deals in town and – in a city not known for its budget accommodation – a real find. The good-sized, modern rooms are given quirky individual touches, with colourful art, gilded antique framed mirrors, and mid-20th-century lamps and furniture.
There's a rooftop terrace for lounging, and when we were last in town they were planning to add a bar area up there.
