This excellent restaurant at the Mill Hotel is ideally situated next to the river, with a slow-turning mill wheel and a shady terrace offering superb views. The trout here is legendary and served either grilled or in a delicious garlic-spiked sauce. In winter the historic fireplace is lit. You’ll need a reservation on weekends.
