El Jardín

Monteverde & Santa Elena

The menu at this fine-dining establishment is wide ranging, always highlighting the local flavors. But these are not your typical tipica (traditional plates). A case in point: the beef tenderloin marinated for five hours in a coffee liquor and served with cashew butter and mashed casava. The setting – with windows to the trees – is lovely and the service is superb.

Romantics can opt for a private table in the garden.
