A 121-hectare working dairy finca surrounded by lush forest, this unique place offers guests an authentic rural experience, while raising environmental consciousness. Try your hand at feeding baby cows, hike on trails through farm and forest and observe the measures the carbon neutral farm is taking to minimize its environmental footprint.

Night tours, as well as a dairy and cheese-making experience, are available to guests for US$30 per person (minimum of four). Terra Viva is about 3km north of town on the road toward Reserva Santa Elena.
