Québécois partners Martin and Nelson have turned this tidy air-conditioned shop into a must-stop for local Talamanca chocolates (five different brands). There are chocolate-making classes, tours of local cacao fincas, and pairings of beer, wine or Costa Rican rums and chocolates...yum. To call this a mere chocolate shop would be to call Willy Wonka's place a factory.
