Run by nuns for a long time, this large, simple hotel now caters to both pilgrims and casual visitors alike. Some rooms have views of the church and all have bathrooms with hot water. A few of the beds sag a bit, but at this price it's hard to complain. A large cafeteria serves simple budget meals (COP$5000 to COP$7000).
Take the first set of stairs on your left as you walk downhill toward the church. Bookings are recommended.
