In a small colonial-style building, Casa Rome has inviting rooms with wood-beamed ceilings, bright tiled floors and exposed stone walls. Private rooms have flat-screen TVs and modern bathrooms (some external to the rooms); some rooms have small balconies. The quadruple room functions as a dorm.
Common areas with hammocks and rocking chairs encourage lazy contemplation. That said, the hostel offers all manner of San Gil–style activities, paragliding and bungee jumping among them.
