Churning out delectable farm-to-table small plates inside a hip converted mansion (the kitchen sits in the former garage), ingredients procured direct from local producers seize the spotlight: Cundinamarcan goat cheese with sweet criolla-style apple and sourdough crumble, Santa Rosa chorizo agnolotti with hogao confit emulsion etc. Dishes are designed to share and the English-Polish mixologist knows his cocktails – making this an easy spot to call it a night.
