Gǒubùlǐ – Main Branch

Tianjin

Tianjin’s most famous restaurant chain – sometimes called 'Go Believe' – is a mixed bag. While the trademark xiǎo lóng bāo (小笼包, steamed dumplings) are big, juicy and delicious, locals will also tell you they’re overpriced (¥46 for eight). Nonetheless, it's been in business since 1858, they have vegetarian options and there's a picture menu with some English.

There are other branches, including one opposite the train station.
